Every student deserves great support. That belief has driven Garth Orr's work for nearly two decades — through seven years in front of a classroom, eight years of 1-on-1 tutoring, and every conversation in between.

Garth found his passion for math and physics early and followed it to the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his degree before stepping into the classroom at Hillcrest High School in Dallas ISD. What he found there shaped everything that came after. Teaching in a diverse, underserved community made clear that access to quality education isn't equally distributed — and that great teaching, done with intention and care, can close that gap in real and lasting ways.
